How to do :

  1. Sit on the bench and adjust your legs under the pads for stability.
  2. Grip the handle with a narrow grip, palms facing forward.
  3. Pull the handle down towards your chest, driving your shoulders back and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Keep your body stable and avoid using momentum during the pull.
  5. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position with fully extended arms.
