How to do :

- Sit on the machine with your back against the pad, and place one leg under the roller pad.

- Exhale and curl the pad downward by bending your knee, keeping your movement controlled.
- Inhale and slowly return the pad to the starting position. Repeat for the desired reps, then switch legs.
