Single Leg Standing Calf Raises
Single leg standing calf raises work both the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles through a full range of motion. This exercise works through the full range of motion allowed by the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles.
How to do :

- Stand upright on one leg, with the other leg bent at the knee and off the ground.
- Place your hands on a wall or hold onto a stable surface for support if needed.
- Raise your heel off the ground as high as possible, standing on the ball of your foot.
- Pause briefly at the top to feel the contraction in your calf muscle.
- Slowly lower your heel back to the ground and repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
